Saturday, 24th Oct. Jen. We came to the island yesterday to welcome TMYC … Ollie and mick helped them to moor.Linda and simon price/ Pinnock also came and it was a lovely evening with a lovely group! There’s lots of cake left over. Thanks Jen . It was lovely to see from the photos you all having such a lovely time with so many boats /members from TMYC .Simon Price  *MTYC visit* a great visit from MTYC over the weekend . Despite conditions being horrible on Saturday 7 boats from MTYC arrived, their most well attended cruise of the season. A great evening and Sunday morning of food drink and chat . So thanks to all SBC members who made it such a success. All part of our plan to have great relations with our neighbouring clubs , the 4th club we have enjoyed an event with this season . Next year where it suits we will have more interclub events so do look out for those. Thanks sdp

Last working party, end of season Sunday, the 18th of October 2026What a good turnout , a lot of activity on the island , thanks to all the members that turned up to help. As usual most of the work is cleaning and tidying the island before the season ends, there was a lot of work carried out.Simon Price ( Commodore.)*WP 4* A brilliant workday today with 18 members all putting in a great shift .
